One of the most frequently asked questions is “Is my roof going to be water tight during the new roof process?”
Answer: YES
As you can see the front elevation has been stripped, lathed and felted and made totally water tight before moving on to the side and rear elevations.

Should your roof appear to be sagging or dipping for whatever reason call Roofline immediately as this could indicate some major problems.
The remedy for this is a process called ‘LEVEL & LINING’ which basically means that either the dip is packed out from the perlins, lined up and reattached back to the main perlins or that in more severe cases the perlins have to be replaced.
